The tourist tax (1% of the total accommodation cost) is paid additionally (according to The Regulation of tourist tax)

CHECK-IN and CHECK OUT TIME – 12:00

Reservation is free so if a guest does not arrive on the day of arrival till 6 PM and does not warn about being late, reservation is cancelled. You should point out time of arrival because earlier arrival (before noon) is paid additionally. Payment is made by cash and with a credit card.

Hotel takes payment for earlier arrival.
